Learn about how your ‘thinking’ affects your weight! Whether you want to lose 1 stone or 10 stone, the focus is not on deprivation but on ‘conscious’ eating. This means letting go of all diet behaviours, thoughts, and beliefs which are deeply ingrained in your own attitudes to food and weight loss. Letting go happens gradually over time as you uncover more and more diet thoughts and beliefs. The result can be lasting weight loss.
